The Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bihar (RERA Bihar) on January 30, 2026, issued a public notice informing promoters about the launch of a new online system for filing applications for registration of real estate projects.
The Authority has stated that the new system will become operational from midnight of January 31, 2026, and all applications must be submitted through the new platform from 00:00 hours of February 1, 2026. Stakeholders are required to ensure compliance with the updated filing mechanism.
The existing online system for project registration will cease to function after 11:59 PM on January 31, 2026. The notice has been issued to facilitate a smooth and seamless transition for all stakeholders in the real estate sector.
